This nation prides itself on being the bridge between the northern and southern portions of Vorash, controlling the only pass through the Starpeak mountain range (since piracy makes the Nass Borak route unreliable.) It has, on more than one occassion, attempted to parlay that advantage into military conquests, most recently taking much of the southeastern portion of the continent. The Genoni nobility does not have the sense of tradition of other Vorashi nations, and very rarely has a dynasty lasted more than two generations as a result. The Genoni Kings, on the other had, are generally much stronger than their neighbors.
